Shipping within the United States will be with USPS priority mail or UPS. Rates are calculated according to the purchase amount:
$0.00-$25.00=$7.95
$25.01-$50.00=$11.95
$50.01-$75.00=$15.95
$75.01-$125.00=$19.95
$125.01 or more=$24.95
International shipping will be USPS Priority Mail International and expected delivery within 6-10 days depending on desination. All international shipping is subject to customs taxes and is the responsibility of the buyer. International customers please email us for the exact amount of shipping to your destination. If your purchase weighs more than 5lbs it will be shipped in a flat rate box as follows: Canada and Mexico $23.00 all other countries for $37.00. If you have any questions about shipping please feel free to contact us. We will keep shipping costs down so we can provide you the opportunity to purchase items from our beautiful collection no matter where you live. Any additional shipping charges you will be responsible for. Please be sure to include all information including phone number upon checkout so customs paperwork can be filled out and there won't be any delays in shipping.

Return Policy TOP
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Kate's Boutique. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full 100% refund less shipping and handling within 14 days after you receive the item. Please notify us immediately via email for instructions on returns.
No returns or exchanges after the 14 days without prior authorization.
Items must be returned to Kate's Boutique in the original packaging, new, unused, unwashed condition and all tags must be attached. Any indication of wear or usage will cancel your refund.
Items that are not returnable merchandise are jewelry due to health and sanitation reasons therefore making it a final sale. *All monogrammed items are also not returnable due to the personalization of the item.*
You will receive notification via email (the email you provided during checkout) when your credit has been processed. The original credit card you placed the order with will be used for a refund-no exceptions.
