International shipping will be USPS Priority Mail International and expected delivery within 6-10 days depending on desination. If your purchase weighs more than 5lbs it will be shipped in a flat rate box as follows: Canada and Mexico $23.00 all other countries for $37.00. Items must be returned to Kate's Boutique in the original packaging, new, unused, unwashed condition and all tags must be attached. Any indication of wear or usage will cancel your refund.
Items that are not returnable merchandise are jewelry due to health and sanitation reasons therefore making it a final sale. *All monogrammed items are also not returnable due to the personalization of the item.*
You will receive notification via email (the email you provided during checkout) when your credit has been processed. The original credit card you placed the order with will be used for a refund-no exceptions.
